Rolled along the spine, & massaged in a downward motion and onto the feet in a circular motion (or as much as wiggly little feet allow!) just before bed or nap time is the perfect application for this blend.
If time (or wriggly munchkins!) don’t allow for that, apply to chest or clothing so your bubba can gently inhale.
Blended with lavender, wild orange, roman chamomile, clary sage and peppermint essential oils in a base of FCO *fractionated coconut oil
